When painting high places we use an extension pole. This helps in reaching without needing a ladder every time.
I am sure many of you can relate to over extending yourself. We are so quick to try and do it all. We push ourselves to our limit all for fear of disappointing others.
‘No’ is not always a bad word… it’s okay to not do it all.
