In 2016, I began having problems that my doctors attributed to menopause.
Several tests, biopsies, and surgical procedures later, they discovered I had cervical cancer.
In March 2017, I had a hysterectomy; they thought they finally got it all.
In February of 2019, I started having problems again. My doctor discovered I had a 3-in tumor growing in my pelvis and it was a recurrence.
I am currently undergoing chemo and radiation and I’m hopeful that this will take care of it once and for all.

I too experienced a reoccurrence and it is so scary. You are not alone. Best wishes to you.
