Pamela’s Story (Traumatic Brain Injury)

I was ejected from a motor vehicle five years ago, which resulted in two brain hemorrhages from multiple skull fractures. The doctors revived me several times and implanted three titanium plates in my head.

In addition to brain damage, I deal with a lot of head pain and pain from fractures throughout my body. I was living with daily seizures and tremendous pain, so I decided once the seizures stopped to pursue gym training and natural supplements for the pain.

It has done amazing things for me, mentally and physically. It takes tremendous discipline and dedication. I’m here, alive and fighting every day and in the best shape of my life!

Thank you for writing; for starters show her my story! Make her read motivational stories and quotes every day, write them down on sticky notes, post them around the house. Start inducing vitamins and supplements. Pray hard! Drugs are NOT an option, make her see and understand that. God bless!

Amazing and helpful advice. I even used this on my daughter just for self esteem issues and its helping. I suffer from Rhumatoid Arthritis and do not use pain meds. I lost many frieds who had RA who turned to drugs. Not an option.
