Jasmine’s Story (Endometriosis)

Jasmine's Story EndometriosisHello, my name is Jasmine Wallace. I’ve been suffering with this illness for years. I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 17 years old. Before I was diagnosed, I would have pain in my ovaries. The periods are terrible, just like you ladies’. I would hurt extremely bad, and there were times where I would cry. I’d be in a lot of pain and could barely move. I was getting sick, throwing up, and feeling fatigued.

I had the laparoscopic ablation surgery done to get the endometriosis removed in 2010, and it returned 5 years later. It has gotten worse, so hopefully they will go back and remove it. I pray that it will not return.

To me, this is a great idea to have a place where women and young ladies can relate to each other. We should encourage each other that everything will be alright.

  1. Your comment “To me, this is a great idea to have a place where women and young ladies can relate to each other. Hope the endometriosis does not return and even if it does the fact that you wake up and GET moving with the CONSTANT pain and feeling ill proves that you are a strong woman and will accept and get through it.

Be strong with your next procedure!!!!
