Hi my name is Mary. I was 26 when I was first diagnosed with breast cancer! When I first discovered the lump I researched breast cancer on the internet. I didn’t think it was cancer because I did not have any of the symptoms, and I thought I was too young to get breast cancer. I had NO family history of breast cancer!!
When I finally went to the doctor he did a biopsy. On September 15, 2012, I went back in to get the results and I found out it was cancer!! I had four chemo treatments, and then on January 9, 2013, I had a mastectomy done. Then I had to do four more chemo treatments! On April 7, 2013, I found out that I am in remission! I am now waiting to start radiation!!
God has been truly amazing to me through all this!!:)
