On April 3, 2013, my life changed forever. My worst fear was confirmed. I had stage 2 breast cancer.
It was a long eight months. I had surgery, followed by eight rounds of chemo and finally 33 radiation treatments. On November 27, 2013, I was cancer free!
I’m thankful for all the wonderful doctors and staff at the hospital who got me through and to my amazing family and friends who never let me give up!
