Jean’s Story (PCOS)

Teal RibbonHey Everyone…

I’m 28, married, and have a beautiful daughter.

I always knew I had PCOS. It took a while for my doc to confirm. After I told her I read about it on the Internet and have all the symptoms, she laughed in my face. It was only recently confirmed, and yeah… guess the internet was right.

I suffer from facial hair, depression, obesity, hyperhidrosis, etc. It’s so hectic, I don’t feel like going out and I don’t have any friends (and I’m fine with that). I isolate myself and just want to hide.

I have done so much research about PCOS and know the only solution is losing the weight, but I don’t have the courage.

I’ve started to read positive affirmations just to get my mind right. I hope my depression fades away so I can be motivated to go to the gym and live healthy so this sickness can disappear.

Strength to everyone going through the same situation out there!
