18 years ago, (10 days before my 20th birthday) I was diagnosed with Leukemia (ALL). After a two year treatment plan, I am proud to say that I WON! I have been blessed with a child that I thought I couldn’t have due to the chemo treatments. She is my miracle.
Within the last month, I found out that I now have breast cancer. It was news that I never expected to hear and something I thought I would never have to face again. As I begin this fight, I have put it all in God’s hands and know that he will be my tag team partner to once again give cancer a TKO!
I’m so thankful for my cheerleaders as I sure couldn’t do it without them!!
Ladies, faith and a positive outlook WILL get you through this!
