Debra’s Fight Like A Girl Story (Lupus)

Debra's Story (Lupus) I had been feeling bad for about 4 years, and I kept telling my doctors how I felt. They said that I have high blood pressure and I’m overweight.

Three months ago, I went back and told my doctor about my joints hurting, the rash on my neck, and that I am tired all the time. Also, my fingers would lock up. So I had  blood tests run, and they came back as LUPUS!

I have never heard of lupus.  It’s been three more painful months and I can’t see a doctor until 9/16/2012. So I am trying to FIGHT LIKE A GIRL! I just wish I knew how to handle the pain, but I am NOT GIVING UP!

Debra, hang in there!!! I was diagnosed 14 years ago by accident…learn as much about the disease as possible. I found that knowledge is power and it’s helped me cope. Find some support in your local community, that may help as well. Warmest of regards, Kim <3

This story came up on my facebook page and I couldn’t help but let you know about a friend of mine. She was diagnosed with Lupus and Firbromyalgia about 23 years ago. She has been taking Reliv products for over 20 years and you would not know by looking at her that she has either one. She is on no medication and goes and goes and goes. Kinda like the energize bunny.. LOl.
I myself also have Fibromyalgia and I also take the Reliv products, I have no symptoms as long as I take it consistently!!
Go to my website and if you have any questions, just ask!!
God Bless!! Hang in there 🙂

I was found out that I had lupus about 3 yrs ago. I had the symptoms for 16yrs now but I tried to treat myself with over the counter pain meds until I couldnt take it anymore. It took me 5 months to see my Rhuemy. Its a tough battle but dont give in, learn as much as you about lupus. Hang in there, and good luck.
