I am 35 years old, and I have had diabetes for seven years, and it is very hard for me. I have so many problems with picking the right foods to eat. I lose weight, and I gain it back, and I hate that. It’s so hard to keep it off.
I do a lot of walking, and I try to stay busy, so I am moving my body to lose more weight. I drink a lot of water, and I do sweat a lot, but I hate having this because I have my days with low sugar to high sugar. It is so hard to keep on the right track. I take meds which I don’t like to take, but I have to.
I really want to beat this. I think I need a buddy to help me out with this. If there is anyone out there that will be my buddy and help me, that would be great. I am strong. I can do this. Girl power.
