Events like this not only raise awareness but also fund the Fight Like a Girl Foundation and our mission to empower, encourage, and support women and girls facing cancer, serious illnesses, and life challenges. Through our initiatives, we embrace, encourage, empower, and support women every step of the way—whether it’s sending free monthly cards of encouragement through our Fight Notes program, pairing warriors with someone who truly understands their journey through Fight Pals, awarding grants to cover essential household bills for families facing financial hardship, or investing in women’s health medical research.
Any funds raised go directly toward these life-changing programs, with the largest portion supporting our financial assistance program. Recently, we’ve seen a significant increase in applications from women battling cancer who need help covering basic living expenses such as rent and utilities. Together, we can create a future where no one has to face these battles alone.
