Sonja’s Story (HER2 Positive Breast Cancer)

I was diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago.

I had double mastectomy and hysterectomy because I have the BRCA2 gene. I also take a hormone blocker!

When and will I feel better and have energy? This is rough!!!

  1. I am also triple positive. I was first diagnosed in 2011. Had a double mastectomy, chemo and radiation. I was again diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in 2019. It had spread to my lungs. I am 4 1/2 years into the second diagnoses. Cancer is horrible. They have me on Enhertu. I am nauseous all the time and if I take anything for the nausea, i am constipated. I really don’t know how much more i can take.
