My mother and I have never been closer, thanks to this disease.
About 3 or 4 years ago, my mom was diagnosed with lyphedema, which is rarely diagnosed through blood. Usually a person has to have gone through cancer treatments or radiation. My mom was misdiagnosed at the local hospital and then later found out what it was. If you ever research on it, it’s a limiting disease as to what you can or can’t do.
Fortunately for my mom, she is strong-willed. Also, I have been here as much as I can for her.
