Lisa’s Story (Breast Cancer)

Lisa (Breast Cancer) LRI went for a routine mammogram in February of 2012. They said there was something ‘different’ and I needed to come back for another mammogram under magnification.

Well, I was diagnosed with breast cancer on March 13, 2012. After two lumpectomies and radiation treatment, which I just finished on 10/8/2012, I am a survivor!

Every day I am here I am fighting and winning! I would like to give many thanks to God, my amazing husband (who has been a wonderful caregiver), and my fabulous family and friends.
