Alanda’s Story (Bilateral Stage II Breast Cancer)

I was diagnosed in June of 2019 with bilateral stage 2 breast cancer. I had two different types of cancer. My treatment included 16 rounds of chemotherapy, a partial mastectomy, and six weeks of radiation.

I survived. I worked every day I could, and did my best of have a positive attitude. Having something to do every day is what helped me the most to not feel sorry for myself.
