I was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer in 2016, when I was 29 years old. I went through a right lumpectomy, egg harvest, 8 rounds of chemotherapy, and 30 rounds of radiation. Every plan I had was placed on hold, and I thought I would never live to see my dreams achieved.
Since finishing treatment, I have gotten married, had a daughter, completed my doctorate degree, and landed a career as an ENT nurse practitioner. I fought and still managed to reach my goals!
