I’m a 39 year old mother of one. In 2012 I was diagnosed with DCIS of the right breast, this was the very early stages of breast cancer.
I underwent a double mastectomy and reconstruction. I am very lucky that they caught it very early and that no further treatment was necessary!My life changed forever.
I am the toughest girl I know. I definitely fought like a girl!!
