I have suffered with psoriatic arthritis for many years but was not diagnosed until 2010. I have problems with my knees and with my hip joints and I am 45 years old. I also found out that same year that I have fibromyalgia in my shoulders. When it is cold I have a hard time getting around and can barely walk. On my good days I can walk for maybe 1/2 mile then have to sit and rest for an hour or so. If there is anyone out there who is suffering the same and can recommend some treatment please let me know.
